You are able to get fresh produce during lunch, after work, or on the weekends. Here are some great farmers’ markets for you to check out. There are plenty of options that will either be close to your work or Ariva Apartments.
Sunday
There is a farmers’ market Sundays from 9am to 1pm in the Gaslamp district. This farmers’ market is in the 400 block between third avenue and Island Avenue & J Street. Community Crops manages this farmers’ market. You can find out more information by emailing cmmucrops@cox.net.
Monday

Tuesday

The Carlsbad State Street Farmers’ Market is another after work market you can check out. The event is from 3pm-7pm during the spring/summer.
